The bid of Gaumard Scientific Co., Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. Reasons for not selecting the apparent low bid are included with the bid tabulation. This bid is for a one-time purchase. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to Suncoast Technical College. Recommendation That the bid of Gaumard Scientific Co., Inc., for 'STC - Advanced Neonatal Simulator' in an amount not to exceed $65,164.00, be approved as presented.
